Our SEO will streamline your whole site so that it appears in relevant search results at the best possible position. Without a full SEO, only people you tell will be able to find your site. This full SEO will streamline your websites keywords and submit them to up to 400 search engines.The Search engines will save your address & keywords and queue it to be indexed.
What do I get when my SEO is completed?
From order to completeion takes aproximately 7 days. Once we have completed your SEO, you will be sent a bulk of information about what we have done and what changes we reccomend to further streamline your website. Even after your SEO has been completed, we will continue to check all the search engines that your website has been submitted to. We do this to make sure that the search engines are all indexing your site correctly and you are getting the most from every search engine.
The following information is included in each final SEO pack:
Keywords
We generate 2 keyword lists for your website. The master keyword list will include all keywords that have been submitted to the search engines with your website. This list comes in csv format allowing you to examine the information on each keyword such as:
-Total Number of Search Engine Results
- Number of Monthly Searches on Google, Yahoo, Miva & Enhance.
- KEI.
- Top Bid Range for Google, Yahoo, Miva & Enhance.
- R/S ratio (Results vs Searches).
- Number of Monthly Clicks.
The second keyword list includes 8 keywords that we have selected from the master list. These keywords are selected based on all the information gathered on each keyword, making them the prime keywords for your website. These are the keywords that will be used in the advice reports you receive which will help you further streamline your website and get the best results based on the information, advice and guides that we provide.
Sitemap
We will generate a sitemap for your website. This is not just a simple list of youe website pages, but it is an instruction manual for search engines. The sitemap will tell them where to look as well as where not to look. For example, you do not want every search engine to index all of your images as this can result in other websites “leeching” from you. If you have an online shop, then you do not want the search engines indexing certain parts of your checkout, especially your payment gateways as these can sometimes look like attacks.
We do not just generate a sitemap and send it to you, we also contact google, yahoo and msn to tell them where your sitemap is located. This makes the search engines index all of your pages correctly on the first attempt.
Submittion Reports
When your website is ready to be submitted to the search engines we will gather together all the information we have prepared for your website. We will then generate a list of search engines that we will use when we submit your website. Submitting your website to every single search engine would be damaging to your website because it would result in some search engines rejecting all your content. Most search engines are catagorised by language and/or location, but some are catagorised by business type. There are aproximately 1.3 million search engines in all, but you should only need aproximately 400 per language. If your website is in english and does not use another language, then your sumbittion reports will show aproximately 400 search engines. If you have an online shop or other multi language website, then your submittion reports will show aproximately 400 search engines for the base or main language and an extra 200 search engines per extra language. If you do have a multi language website, then we would suggest that you have a seperate SEO completed for each language. We would be able to complete all of these SEO’s side by side reducing the overall cost. Please contact us if you need this service and we will create a package for you with a reduction on each extra SEO that is required.
Advice Reports
While we prepare your website for submittion we run a number of tests on your website, making sure that your website is in the best state for the search engines to start indexing. From every test that we do on your website, we will generate a report telling you what areas of your site have been tested, what needs to be changed and how you would change it. Each section or change that is mentioned is fully explained step by step. If you have any problems or you become unsure about any part of these reports then you can contact our support team who will always be happy to help.
Advice reports can vary in size depending on the number of changes that we advise. These reports are very extensive and can sometimes result in over 200 pages. These reports are so big because they fully explain the test results, how your site looks at present, the changes that you are adviced to make, how you will do these and what the result will be.
Free Promotion Tools
When we start your SEO, we will provide you with a login for our aftersales area where you will find free tools, advice and videos that will help you further promote your website and build on the solid SEO base that we will create. This section will help you get websites linking to you as well as maximising your traffic and building your business.
